One of my favorite ways to cook is for an intimate gathering of friends and family. If you are planning a dinner party or special occasion, I would love to collaborate with you to create a memorable event.

THE Basics

  • My seasonal dinner party menus are comprised of three courses, and are best suited for 6-12 guests.
  • During the planning process, we select and customize your unique menu from a list of delicious seasonal options.
  • We can also discuss a beautiful table setting to compliment the theme of your event. 
  • Customized dinner party menus start at approximately $100 per person, depending on number of guests.
  • On the day of your event, I take care of everything--from the shopping, to preparation, table setting, serving, and clean-up--so that you can focus on your company and having a great time. 

SAmple menu- First Course

  • Spinach, Strawberries, Avocado, Pistachios and Feta w/ White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Arugula, Fresh Peaches, Tomatoes,  Corn off the Cob and Goat Cheese w/Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Caprese Salad- Heirloom Tomatoes, and Fresh Mozzarella w/ Basil Vinaigrette and Balsamic Glaze
  • Curly Zucchini, Parmesan and Pine Nuts w/  Italian Dressing
  • Melon Medley w/ Black Olives and Pine Nuts
  • Heirloom Gazpacho w/ Avocado Cream
  • Nasturtium Risotto w/ Fresh Pesto

SAmple menu- MAIN Course

  • Grilled Salmon w/ Mango Salsa, Black Rice and Garlicky Green Beans
  • Miso Marinated Salmon, Sticky Rice and Asian Greens
  • Baked Halibut w/ Parsley-Garlic Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Rainbow Chard               
  • Pistachio Crusted Petrale Sole, Asparagus Risotto and Fresh Peas and Carrots  
  • Short Ribs w/ Chocolate, Orange and Cinnamon, Roasted Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables
  • Beef Tenderloin w/Chimi-Churri Sauce, Potato Gratin and Grilled Asparagus   
  • Lamb Chops w/ Asparagus Pesto, French Lentils and Haricot Verts                                
  • Chicken and Vegetable Kebobs w/ Mango-Orange Mojo, Basmati Rice and Snow Peas                  
  • Honey Glazed Chicken, Fried Rice and Baby Bok Choy
